Permanent Magnet D.C. Motors

These motors have TEFC construction with IP- 44/IP-55 protection for use in humid environment and ambients up to 45°. They can be operated with SCR and PWM drives.

These PMDC motors are more Compact, Efficient and have higher starting torque compared to Wound field motors. High Coercively.

PATENTED magnets are used to prevent demagnetization even in conditions, which involve frequent start-stops. Brushes are externally replaceable with a vent provided for cleaning the commutator to improve the maintenance effectiveness. Rotomag’s Industrial PMDC Motors are designed for Continuos operation with SCR drives. These motors are available in IEC and NEMA frame sizes and foot or flange mountings.
